Incorporated in 1969 but with shade fabrication roots back to the 40’s.
Crown Shade Company of Baltimore, Maryland is a manufacturer and distributor of custom shading systems. Our core focus is on a product that we have been producing for well over 50 years: Roller Shades. Today we pride ourselves on fabricating residential and commercial roller shade products for interior and exterior applications as well as the unique challenges of skylights and specialty shaped shades. All production is conducted within our 75,000 sq.ft. fully owned production facility. More History >
Crown to join forces with Guthrie Douglas!
Crown is proud to announce a joint partnership with UK based Guthrie Douglas - the true pioneers of super robust and super unique specialty shading systems.
By mid summer Crown will be fabricating Guthrie Douglas shades in its Maryland facility for interior and exterior applications. The Guthrie Douglas product range expands upon Crown’s current specialty shading offering and introduces a new level of product engineering to our humble family business.
